I wasn’t always a social media geek...
...for 20+ years I’ve been hairdressing and running my own salon - so you could say I know the industry pretty well by now!
I came back from maternity leave and noticed my salon had almost zero growth. No new clients. Why weren’t our perfect people finding us?!
When I started taking my salon’s social media marketing seriously, everything changed.
We went from 17 new bookings a month to 111 in 3 months!
Then other industry friends and salon owners started asking me,
“Viv - how do you do this? How did you do that? Show me how!”
They wanted to learn because they could see the results I was getting through using the platform for my own salon’s marketing.
More bums in chairs.
More visibility in the industry.
More opportunities to travel and participate in career-catapulting events.
