FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can more than one of us join the meeting?

No, this is for just one person. However, if you would like to bring in additional people to the call please do get in touch and I will send you my rates.

What notice do you require to reschedule or cancel?

All 1:1 bookings are subject to a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the slot to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
If you do not attend your appointment (a no-show), the full fee is also non-refundable.

Can I record the meeting?

No, you will be sent a full breakdown and key takeaways of our conversation by email
